反應器長(cháng)徑比對連續酯化制備1,6-己二酸二甲酯的影響 |

摘 要:以DNW-I型強酸型正離子交換樹(shù)脂為催化劑,己二酸和甲醇為原料,經(jīng)間歇酯化和連續酯化反應后通過(guò)精餾可制備選擇性為100%的1,6-己二酸二甲酯。采用長(cháng)徑比分別為32、16、6、3的反應器,控制原料進(jìn)料速度及甲醇進(jìn)料速度進(jìn)行連續酯化實(shí)驗。結果表明選擇合適長(cháng)徑比且催化劑段進(jìn)行外部加熱的反應器是進(jìn)行酯化法制備1,6-己二酸二甲酯的關(guān)鍵。 |

The Effect of Reactor to Preparation of Dimethyl Adipate by Esterification |

Abstract:1,6-Dimethyl adipate with selectivity of 100% was synthesized by batch and continuous esterification process using adipic acid and methanol as raw materials,DNW-I strong-acid cation exchange resin as catalyst. Continuous esterification was worked in reactors with different length-diameter ratios of 32,16,6 and 3,respectively. The results showed that a reactor with a proper length-diameter ratio and an externally heating catalyst system was critical to the preparation of the title compound. |
