牛皮消塊根提取物的殺蟲(chóng)活性及活性成分研究 |

| 摘 要：以牛皮消塊根為研究對象，用乙醇提取其活性物質(zhì)，測試提取物對小菜蛾的觸殺活性，結果表明，提取物在濃度為50.00 mg／mL時(shí)對小菜蛾有一定觸殺活性，校正死亡率為83.33%。用溶劑萃取和柱層析分離，得到殺蟲(chóng)活性成分，經(jīng)結構鑒定，證明該化合物為β-谷甾醇。 |

| Active Component from Cynanchi Auriculati Roots and Its Insecticidal Activity |

| Abstract：Insecticidal activity of ethanol extract from Cynanchi auriculati roots was tested against Plutella xylostella at the concentration of 50.00 mg／mL. The results showed that the corrected mortality of Plutella xylostella at 72 h was 83.33%. The structure of the extract was identified to be β-sitosterol. |
