胸腺嘧啶合成改進(jìn) |

| 摘 要：以丙酸乙酯、甲酸乙酯、硫脲、雙氧水等為原料，經(jīng)縮合、環(huán)合、氧化及中和4步反應，合成胸腺嘧啶產(chǎn)品。反應總收率達64.5%（以丙酸乙酯計，n／n），經(jīng)紅外鑒定結構。該工藝原料易得，操作簡(jiǎn)單，適于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| Improvements on the Synthesis of Thymine |

| Abstract：Thymine was synthesized in 64.5% yield from ethyl propionate，ethyl formate，thiourea and hydrogen peroxide in four reaction steps including condenstation，cyclization，oxidation and neutralization. The structure of the target compound was identified by IR. The raw materials in the synthetic rout were easily available. The technology is easy to operate and be industrialized. |
