微波合成阿司匹林的研究 |

| 摘 要：以硫酸鎳為催化劑，水楊酸和醋酐為原料用微波法合成阿司匹林�？疾炝舜呋瘎┯昧�、原料配比、輻射功率、輻射時(shí)間等因素對收率的影響。合成工藝條件為：n（水楊酸） ∶ n（醋酐） ∶ n（硫酸鎳）=1 ∶ 2 ∶ 0.1，微波輻射時(shí)間為50 s，輻射功率為480 W，收率達87.7%。該合成工藝簡(jiǎn)單，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好且污染少。 |

| Study on the Microwave-assisted Synthesis of Aspirin Catalyzed by Nickel Sulfate |

| Abstract：With nickel sulfate as catalyst，the synthesis of aspirin from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride with by means of microwave radiation was studied. The affecting factors on the yield were investigated. The target product was obtained in 87.7% yield under the conditions of the molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic anhydride and nickel sulfate of 1∶2.0∶0.1，radiation time of 50 s，and microwave power of 480 W. |
