萃取法從乙烯焦油中提取萘的研究 |

| 摘 要：研究了以二甘醇作溶劑萃取乙烯焦油窄餾分（205~225℃）中萘的可行性，考察了萃取劑用量、萃取溫度、萃取時(shí)間對萃取效果的影響。通過(guò)氣相色譜定性檢測了萘并定量測得了萃取前后萘的純度的變化。由實(shí)驗得出：當劑油比為8 ∶ 1（m／m）、萃取溫度70℃、萃取時(shí)間50 min時(shí)，萘的單程收率達到90%，2次萃取后得到的萘為白色略帶微黃晶體，純度95.0 %，比原料中萘的純度提高了42.3%。 |

| Study on Extraction of Naphthalene from Ethylene Tar |

| Abstract：The feasibility of extraction of naphthalene from the narrow fraction（205~230℃）of ethylene tar with diglycol has been studied. Results showed that the extraction ration of naphthalene was up to 90% under the operation conditions of mass ration 8.0 of extraction agent to raw material，temperature at 70℃ and extraction time 50 min. The purity of naphthalene was 95% after twice extraction，42.3% higher than that before extraction. |
