硫磷酯高效液相色譜分析 |

| 摘 要：采用KromasilC18反相柱為色譜柱，乙晴∶水=65∶35（v／v）為流動(dòng)相，紫外檢測器在210 nm對農藥樂(lè )果中間體-硫磷酯進(jìn)行高效液相色譜分離和測定。其線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為0.999 9，變異系數為 0.1%，回收率為99.4%～100.4%。 |

| Abstract：A method for the determination of O，O-dimethyl-S-（methoxy-carbonymethyl） dithiophosphate by HPLC was described，with Kromasil C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），acetonitrile-water（65 ∶ 35，v／v）as mobile phase and UV detection at wavelength 210 nm. The results showed linear relationship of 0.999 9，the variation coefficient of 0.1%，and the recovery of 99.4%~100.4%. |
