摘 要:以3,4-二氯硝基苯催化加氫合成3,4-二氯苯胺。比較了Raney Ni、非晶態(tài)鎳合金、Pd/C等3種催化劑,采用非晶態(tài)鎳合金作加氫催化劑,轉化率和選擇性大于99%,脫氯率0.1%,催化劑壽命長(cháng),套用15批活性不下降,產(chǎn)品3,4-二氯苯胺含量>99%。 |

Preparation of 3,4-Dichloroaniline by Catalytic Hydrogenation |

Abstract:3,4-Dichloroaniline was prepared from 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene by catalytic hydrogenation. Three kinds of catalysts include Raney-Ni,5% Pa/C and amorphous Ni alloy were investigated. Results showed that with amorphous Ni alloy as the catalyst,the hydrogenation afforded the product in yield and purity both exceeding 99%. The catalyst could be reclaimed for fifteen recycles without loss of activity. |
