| 摘 要：以不同的芳香酸為原料，經(jīng)酯化、氨解、環(huán)化反應合成了一系列1，3，4-噁二唑（4a~4e）。4 中的N-H鍵與2-氰基-4'-溴甲基聯(lián)苯經(jīng)縮合反應合成了具有多種潛在生物活性尚未見(jiàn)文獻報道的標題化合物5a~5e。5 的結構經(jīng)1H NMR，IR和 MS表征確認。 |

| Synthesis and Characterization of 1,3,4-Oxadiazole-2-thione Derivatives |

| Abstract：A series of 1，3，4-oxadiazole-2-thione（4a~4e）derivatives were synthesized from aromatic acids via esterification，ammonilysis and cyclization. Reaction of 4 with 2-cyano-4'-bromomethyl biphenyl gave novel compounds 5a~5e with potent bioactivities，which were never reported in the literatures. 5 were confirmed with 1H NMR，IR and MS. |
