甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯的合成 |

| 摘 要：以甲基丙烯酸和草酰氯為原料，配比為n（甲基丙烯酸） ∶ n（草酰氯）=1 ∶ 1.08，草酰氯法合成了甲基丙烯酰氯；以二乙氨基乙醇與甲基丙烯酰氯為原料，乙醚為溶劑進(jìn)行�；磻�，配比為n（甲基丙烯酰氯） ∶ n（二乙氨基乙醇）= 1 ∶ 1.6，冰浴下反應4 h，合成了一種用途廣泛的多功能單體甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯（DEAM），相對于甲基丙烯酰氯的收率為94.4% 。 |

| Abstract：Methacryloyl chloride was prepared from methacrylic acid and oxalyl chloride at the ratio of n（methacryloyl acid） ∶ n（oxalyl chloride）= 1 ∶ 1.08. Reaction of methacryloyl chloride with 2-diethylaminoethanol at the ratio of 1 ∶ 1.6 for 4 h in ether gave 2-（diethylamino）ethyl methacrylate in overal yield of 94.4%. |
