氣相色譜法測定蘆筍及其土壤中的苯醚甲環(huán)唑殘留量

摘 要:建立了氣相色譜法測定蘆筍及其土壤中苯醚甲環(huán)唑殘留量的分析方法。實(shí)驗結果表明:在苯醚甲環(huán)唑添加量為0.02~1.5 mg/kg范圍內苯醚甲環(huán)唑在蘆筍莖枝中的平均添加回收率在87.47%~92.04%之間,相對標準偏差在4.58%~9.90%之間;在蘆筍嫩莖中的平均添加回收率在91.35%~98.31%之間,相對標準偏差在5.34%~7.05%之間;在土壤中的平均添加回收率在91.64%~94.54%之間,相對標準偏差在5.02%~7.30%之間,方法的最小檢出量為2.0×10-11 g,最小檢測濃度為0.002 mg/kg。采用本方法測定10%苯醚甲環(huán)唑WG在湖南長(cháng)沙蘆筍莖枝及其土壤中的消解動(dòng)態(tài),符合一級動(dòng)力學(xué)消解模式,其消解方程分別為Y=19.199e-0.2708x和Y=0.136 6e-0.1054x,相關(guān)系數分別為0.973 2和0.941 4,在蘆筍莖枝中的半衰期為2.56 d;在土壤中的半衰期為6.57 d。

Determination of Difenoconazole Residue in Asparagus and Soil with GC

Abstract:A method was established for determination of difenoconazole residue in asparagus and soil with gas chromatography. At concentration range from 0.02 mg/kg to 1.5 mg/kg,the average recovery of difenoconazole in asparagus plant,asparagus and soil sample of asparagus was 87.47%~92.04%,91.35%~98.31% and 91.64%~94.54%,respectively. The corresponding relation standard deviation(RSD)was 4.58%~9.90%,5.34%~7.05% and 5.02%~7.30%,respectively. The limit of detection was 2.0×10-11 g and the limit of quantification of method for difenoconazole was 0.001 76 mg/kg in asparagus and soil. The degradation of 10% difenoconazole WG in asparagus and soil in Hunan Changsha was investigated using above method. The results showed that the degradation of asparagus and soil was in accordance with the regression equation. The residue degradation equation of difenoconazole in asparagus and soil was Y=19.199e-0.270 8x and Y=0.136 6e-0.105 4x,respectively,with correlation coeficient being 0.973 2 and 0.941 4. The half life of difenoconazole in asparagus plant and in soil was 2.56 d and 6.57 d,respectively.
