α-酮苯丙氨酸鈣的合成 |

| 摘 要：介紹和比較了α-酮苯丙氨酸鈣的2種合成方法。分別以海因、α-乙酰氨基肉桂酸為起始原料，反應得到α-酮苯丙氨酸后成鈣鹽，經(jīng)波譜分析目標化合物結構得到確證。以海因為起始原料的合成路線(xiàn)原料成本低，轉化率高，更適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| Abstract：Two routes for the preparation of α-ketophenylalanine calcium from hydantoin or α-acetamidocinnamic acid were studied. The structure of the target compound was characterized with spectra analysis. The route which used hydantoin as the starting material showed lower costs and higher yield and is suitable for industrial-scale production. |
