Gemini型陽(yáng)離子表面活性劑的合成及其對高嶺石礦物的浮選性能 |

摘 要:制備了3種含有十二碳鏈的Gemini型陽(yáng)離子表面活性劑(分別簡(jiǎn)寫(xiě)為12-2-12、12-4-12和12-6-12)。通過(guò)元素分析、紅外光譜和質(zhì)譜等對合成產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征。研究了3種合成的Gemini陽(yáng)離子捕收劑對高嶺石的浮選行為,并比較了新型捕收劑與傳統捕收劑對高嶺石浮選回收的差異。在相同實(shí)驗條件下,Gemini型新藥劑對高嶺石的捕收能力大于傳統藥劑,它具有浮選效率高、受pH影響小等特點(diǎn),是一種高效環(huán)保的新型陽(yáng)離子表面活性劑。 |

Synthesis of Gemini Cationic Surfactants and Their Applications in Kaolinite Mineral Flotation |

Abstract:Three Gemini surfactants(i.e. 12-2-12,12-4-12 and 12-6-12),with 12 carbon chains and bis-quaternary ammonium salt were synthesized. Chemical analysis,FTIR and HPLC-MS were employed for confirming the synthesized products. Moreover,flotation effects of the three new collectors were tested with kaolinite. Results showed that the flotability of kaolinite mineral with Gemini surfactants as the collector was far better than that with the traditional cationic surfactants. As a result,the novel collectors were proved to be highly effective,pH independent and environmentally benigh. |
