N-甲基-2-哌啶酮的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以2-哌啶酮為原料，硫酸二甲酯為甲基化試劑，在室溫下于丙酮溶劑中進(jìn)行甲基化反應，得到N-甲基-2-哌啶酮。產(chǎn)品純度﹥99%（GC），收率87.6%，產(chǎn)品結構經(jīng)1H NMR確認�？疾炝朔磻獥l件對產(chǎn)品收率的影響，并對其反應機理進(jìn)行探討。 |

| Abstract：Methylation of 2-piperidone with dimethyl sulfate （DMS） in acetone at room temperature afforded N-methyl-2-piperidone in 87.6% yield with purity of 99%（GC）. The structure of the product was characterized with 1H NMR. The reaction mechanism and the reaction conditions were discussed. |
