摘 要:采用減壓精餾的方法對PETG共聚酯混醇進(jìn)行分離,回收的乙二醇產(chǎn)品純度大于99%。優(yōu)化工藝條件為:塔釜溫度113~122℃,塔頂溫度75~89℃,真空度-0.099 5~-0.1 MPa,回流比1~3 ∶ 1,塔頂冷卻水溫度20~30℃。 |

Recovery of the Mixed Alcohols in PETG Copolyester Preparation |

Abstract:The unconverted alcohols in the preparation of PETG copolyester were recoveried and separated by vacuum distillation. The purity of the obtained ethylene glycol was higher than 99%. The optimum conditions for the process were achieved as follows:temperature of tower bottom 113~122℃,temperature of tower top 75~89℃,vacuum degree -0.099 5~-0.1 Mpa,reflux ratio 1~3 ∶ 1,cooling water temperature of tower top 20~30℃. |
