“一鍋法”合成2-(氨基甲基)苯酚 |

摘 要:以氨基酸酯鹽酸鹽和水楊醛為起始原料,采用分步法與“一鍋法”合成2-(N-取代氨基甲基)苯酚(4),并用IR、1H NMR和13C NMR等對產(chǎn)物結構進(jìn)行了表征!耙诲伔ā钡姆磻章时确植椒ǖ母,而且“一鍋法”操作簡(jiǎn)單,產(chǎn)生廢物少,是合成此類(lèi)化合物的綠色方法。 |

One-pot Synthesis of 2-(Aminomethyl)-phenol |

Abstract:Four novel 2-(N-substituted aminomethyl) phenols were synthesized from amino acid esters hydrochloride and salicylaldehyde via important intermediate Schiff bases followed by reduction with NaBH4. The structures of the target compounds were determined with IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra. Good yield was obtained by“One-pot”synthesis,which was higher than that by“step-by-step”method. It can be concluded that the“One-pot method”is a green route for the preparation of the title compound. |
