| 摘 要：以噻吩為原料，經(jīng)甲�；�，還原制得2-甲基噻吩，2-甲基噻吩經(jīng)硫酰氯氯化制備2-氯-5-甲基噻吩。通過(guò)實(shí)驗獲得反應的優(yōu)化條件，在此條件下的收率為73.84%。 |

| Abstract：2-Chloro-5-methylthiophene（1）is a versatile intermediate for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. A facile and low-cost route for the preparation of 1 was reported through the reaction of 2-methylthiophene with sulfuryl chloride. The process produced the product in 73.96% yield. |
