殼聚糖接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺高吸水樹(shù)脂的制備 |

摘 要:以殼聚糖(CTS)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)為原料,過(guò)硫酸鉀(KPS)為引發(fā)劑,N,N'-亞甲基雙丙烯酰胺(NMBA)為交聯(lián)劑,通過(guò)溶液聚合后再用乙醇-氫氧化鈉溶液浸泡制備了殼聚糖-g-丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺高吸水樹(shù)脂(CPAAM)?疾炝酥苽溥^(guò)程中各影響因素對CPAAM吸水性能的影響,獲得優(yōu)化制備條件為:?jiǎn)误w總濃度mM = 8.6%(相對于反應體系總質(zhì)量,m/m,下同),殼聚糖與總單體比m(M) ∶ m(CTS)= 6 ∶ 1(M為AA和AM),引發(fā)劑和交聯(lián)劑濃度分別為mI=2.5%和mC=0.1%(相對于單體AA及AM總單體質(zhì)量),反應溫度60℃,反應時(shí)間5 h。此條件下合成的CPAAM在蒸餾水、0.9 %氯化鈉溶液中最大吸液倍率分別為1315 g/g、66 g/g。 |

Preparation of Chitosan-g-AA-AM Superabsorbent |

Abstract:Chitosan grafted acrylic acid and acrylamide superabsorbent(CPAAM)was prepared by the solution polymerization of chitosan,acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM)using potassium persulfate(KPS)as the initiator and N,N'-methylene-bisacrylamide(NMBA) as the crosslinker. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained on the basis of the absorbency of the CPAAM. The mass concentration of monomers was 8.6%. The mass ratio of CTS to monomers was 1 ∶ 6. The mass concentrations of the initiator and the crosslinker were 2.5% and 0.16%,respectively. The reaction temperature and time were 60℃ and 5 h,respectively. The CPAAM synthesized under the optimal conditions has water-absorption capacities of 1 315 g/g in distilled water and 66 g/g in 0.9 % NaCl aqueous solution. |
