殺蟲(chóng)劑伏蟲(chóng)隆的合成 |

摘 要:以 1,2 ,4 三氯苯為原料 ,經(jīng)硝化、氯化、氟化和還原等步驟合成了 5 二氯 2 ,4 二氟苯胺 ,產(chǎn)率為 72 % ;以 2 ,6 二氯苯腈為原料 ,經(jīng)氟化和水解制得 2 ,6 二氟苯甲酰胺 ,產(chǎn)率為92 % ;將 2 ,6 二氟苯甲酰胺先用二 (三氯甲基 )碳酸酯;笾频 2 ,6 二氟苯甲酰異氰酸酯 ,再與 3,5 二氯 2 ,4 二氟苯胺加成得到苯甲酰脲類(lèi)殺蟲(chóng)劑伏蟲(chóng)隆 ,產(chǎn)率為 93% |

Synthesis of Insecticide Triflubenzuron |

Abstract:Dichloro 2,4 difluoroaniline was synthesized by nitronation, chlorination, fluorination and reduction from 1,2,4 trichlorobenzen with the recovery of 72%. 2, 6 Difluorobenzamide was synthesized by fluorination and hydrolysis from 2,6 dichlobenil with the recovery of 92%. Triflubenzuron was synthesized by addition from 3,5 dichloro 2,4 difluoroaniline and 2,6 difluorobenzoly iss cyanate with the recovery of 93%. |
