精蓋草能合成工藝的改進(jìn) |

摘 要:以2,3-二氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶、對苯二酚和L-(-)-甲磺酰乳酸甲酯為原料,碳酸鉀為縛酸劑,四丁基溴化胺作為相轉移催化劑合成了精蓋草能;考察了反應物料配比、反應時(shí)間、溶劑種類(lèi)和催化劑用量對收率的影響;采用液相色譜,紅外分析等手段確認了產(chǎn)物結構。經(jīng)改進(jìn)后的合成工藝精蓋草能收率達到91.4%,e.e值91.2%。 |

Improvements on the Preparation of R-(+)-Haloxyfop-methyl |

Abstract:R-(+)-haloxyfop-methyl was prepared in 91.4% yield (91.2% e.e.) from 2,3-dichloro-5-trifluoromethyl pyridine,p-dihydroxybenzene and L-(-)-methyl methylsulfonyl lactate. Tetra-butyl ammonium bromide and anhydrous potassium carbonate were used as the phase transfer catalyst and the acid-bound reagent,respectively. The affects of reaction conditions were studied. The product was confirmed with HPLC and IR. |
