1-溴-2-甲基萘的合成研究 |

摘 要:以2-甲基萘為原料,在甲醇為溶劑的條件下,以雙氧水-氫溴酸為溴化劑,制備出了高純度的1-溴-2-甲基萘,考察了反應條件對產(chǎn)品收率影響。優(yōu)化反應條件為:n(2-甲基萘)∶n(氫溴酸)∶n(雙氧水)= 1∶1.6∶1.6,反應溫度控制在0~5℃,此條件下產(chǎn)品收率達到94%,產(chǎn)品結構經(jīng)過(guò)MS和1H NMR確認。 |

Abstract:1-Bromo-2-methylnaphthalene was synthesized in 94% yield from 2-methylnaphthalene by oxidative bromination with hydrogen peroxide-hydrobromic acid. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows:n(2-methylnaphthalene)∶n(hydrobromic acid)∶n(hydrogen peroxide)= 1∶1.6∶1.6,reaction temperature 0~5℃. The product was characterized with MS and 1H NMR. |
