4,4-二甲基噁唑烷-2-硫酮的合成 |

摘 要:開(kāi)發(fā)了 4,4-二甲基噁唑烷-2-硫酮的新工藝:將2-氨基-2-甲基丙醇與二硫化碳加成的中間體溶于水,合成在水相中環(huán)合,可避免因二硫化碳的揮發(fā)而導致的吸入中毒,以及因過(guò)量的二硫化碳引起的雜質(zhì)增加。通過(guò)在水中冷卻結晶直接得到高純度產(chǎn)品(99.3%),收率從40%提高到68%。 |

A Facile Preparation of 4,4-Dimethyloxazolidine-2-thione |

Abstract:A new process for the preparation of 4,4-dimethyloxazolidine-2-thione was developed that the product from the condensation of 2-amino-2-methylpropanol with carbon disulfide was dissolved into water,followed by cyclization in aqueous NaOH solution. This technique avoided the toxic vaporous carbon disulfide and extra impurities. The product yield was increased from 40% to 68% with purity of 99.3%. |
