三氧化二錳氧化法合成對氟苯甲醛的綠色工藝 |

摘 要:二氧化錳焙燒制得的三氧化二錳作氧化劑,在硫酸溶液中氧化對氟甲苯合成對氟苯甲醛。優(yōu)化工藝條件為n(對氟甲苯)∶n(三氧化二錳)=2.5∶2,反應溫度80℃,硫酸濃度為55%。反應混合物顏色轉變成白色即反應終點(diǎn)。產(chǎn)品收率約54%,純度在97%以上。工藝中油-水-固三相可回收、循環(huán)使用,不產(chǎn)生三廢,符合綠色化工生產(chǎn)工藝的要求。 |

Green Preparation of p-Fluorobenzaldehyde by Oxidation of p-Fluorotoluene with Mn2O3 |

Abstract:p-Fluorotoluene was oxidized to p-fluorobenzaldehyde in sulfuric acid solution with manganese sesquioxide as the oxidant which was obtained from manganese dioxide calcination. The optimum conditions were achieved as n(p-fluorobenzene) ∶ n(Mn2O3)=2.5∶2,reaction temperature 80℃,concentration of sulfuric acid 55%. The reaction completed when the color of the mixture turns to white. The yield of the product was about 54% with purity above 97%. The three phases of oil-aqueous-solid in this process can be recovered and back to the reaction system,without any wastes disposed of. |
