吡氟草胺原藥毛細管氣相色譜分析 |

摘 要:采用氣相色譜儀、HP-5毛細管色譜柱、氫火焰離子化檢測器(FID),對除草劑吡氟草胺原藥樣品進(jìn)行定量分析。結果表明:吡氟草胺濃度為0.41~51.5 μg/mL范圍內,方法線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為0.99998,精密度實(shí)驗的相對標準偏差為0.14%,平均回收率為99.74%。 |

A Quantitative Analysis of Diflufenican TC by Capillary Gas Chromatography |

Abstract:A quantitative gas chromatographic method adopting FID and HP-5 capillary column has been developed for the determination of the diflufenican TC. The assay exhibited a good linearity in diflufenican concentration range from 0.41 to 51.5 μg/mL,with correlation coefficient of 0.999 98. The variation coefficient and average recovery were 0.14% and 99.74%,respectively. |
