親、疏水性功能單體對聚丙烯酸酯乳液聚合的影響研究 |

| 摘 要：以OP-10和SDS為乳化劑，采用預乳化半連續種子乳液聚合工藝制備聚丙烯酸酯乳液。加入親水單體丙烯酸（AA）、丙烯酸羥乙酯（HEA）和疏水單體丙烯酸長(cháng)鏈烷基酯（V）為功能單體，研究了的親、疏水性功能單體及配比對乳液粘度、表面能、耐水性及涂膜吸水率的影響。結果表明，采用m（AA）∶m（HEA）∶m（V）＝1.25∶2∶5得到的丙烯酸酯多元共聚乳液各項性能較佳，此時(shí)乳液轉化率可達99.91 %，乳膠膜吸水率僅為15.21%，表面能為46.3143 J／m2，膠膜浸水脫落時(shí)間≥96 h。 |

| Effects of Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic Functional Monomers on Polyacrylate Emulsion |

| Abstract：A polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by pre-emulsified technique，adopting semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization methods and using OP-10 and SDS as the surfactants. Acrylic acid（AA），hydroxyethyl acrylate（HEA） and long-chain aliphatic acrylate（V） were used as the functional monomers. The effects of the monomers on the viscosity，surface energy，water resistance and water absorption of the polymer emulsion were explored. Results showed that at AA／HEA／V=1.25／2／5，the emulsion properties were the best：conversion rate 99.91%，latex film water absorption only 15.21%，the surface energy 46.314 3 J／m2，shedding time≥96 h. |
