吡啶堿化合物合成研究 |

摘 要:采用傳統的乙醛和氨合成吡啶的工藝路線(xiàn) ,對無(wú)定型催化劑進(jìn)行了較為系統的研究 ,優(yōu)選了SiO2 和Al2 O3的最優(yōu)配比 ,當SiO2 ∶Al2 O3為 85∶15 (m /m)時(shí) ,反應有最高的收率 ,在此骨架上用浸漬法負載鈷、鎳、鎘、銀等各種過(guò)渡金屬氧化物 ,篩選了合適的添加劑組分和添加量。實(shí)驗結果表明 ,金屬氧化物的負載量在 3%左右時(shí) ,反應有最高的收率。當SiO2 Al2 O3骨架負載鈷氧化物時(shí) ,反應溫度在 35 0℃左右 ,比文獻報導的 4 2 0℃降低較多 ,吡啶堿總收率可達 75 %以上 |

Abstract:The non crystal catalysts were systematically studied via traditional technological route of synthesis of pyridine bases using acetaldehyde and ammonia as raw materials. The optimum ratio of silica to alumina has been determined. The reaction had the highest yield when ratio of silica to alumina was 85∶15.
