| 摘 要：1，1-二甲基-3-甲硫基乙胺是合成新型殺蟲(chóng)劑氟蟲(chóng)雙酰胺的關(guān)鍵中間體。比較了1，1-二甲基-3-甲硫基乙胺的各種合成方法，探索了一條工藝路線(xiàn)以2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇為原料，經(jīng)硫酸酯化，再與甲硫醇鈉反應，合成得到標題化合物�？疾炝肆蛩釢舛�、物料配比，加料方式等因素對反應的影響，總收率83.0%，含量95.0%以上。 |

| Abstract：1，1-Dimethyl-3-methylthio-ethylamine is the key intermediate for synthesis of flubendiamide，which is a novel insecticide. Several synthesis routes for the title compound were evaluated in this paper. An economic and reasonable way proposed starting with 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol. The yield and purity of the product was 83.0% and 95.0%，respectively. |
