還原桃紅R中間體2-羥基-4-甲基-6-氯苯并［1，2，3］二噻唑的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以鄰甲苯胺為原料，與鹽酸成鹽制得鄰甲苯胺鹽酸鹽，其再經(jīng)硫化得2-氯-4-甲基-6-氯苯并［1，2，3］二噻唑，最后經(jīng)水解合成還原桃紅R中間體2-羥基-4-甲基-6-氯苯并［1，2，3］二噻唑。筆者對成鹽反應物質(zhì)的量及硫化反應的物物質(zhì)的量比、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間及溶劑用量等因素進(jìn)行了探討，得出優(yōu)化反應條件為：n（鄰甲苯胺）∶n（氯化氫）=1∶1.13，成鹽收率可達99.8%；鄰甲苯胺鹽與一氯化硫硫化，n（鄰甲苯胺鹽）∶n（一氯化硫）=1∶3.75，硫化反應溫度60±2℃，保溫反應時(shí)間4 h，溶劑質(zhì)量與鄰甲苯胺鹽物質(zhì)的量的比為182.1 g／mol，此時(shí)目標產(chǎn)物的收率可達95.5%。產(chǎn)物結構經(jīng)IR、LC／MS與1H NMR確證。 |

| Abstract：6-Chloro-4-methyl-1，3，2-benzothiazathiolium hydroxide，a key intermediate for vat pink R，was synthesized via salification，sulfurization and hydrolyzation from o-toluidine as the start material. Based on the research results for the molar ratio of salification，molar ratio，reaction temperature，reaction time and solvent consumption of sulfurization，the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as following：the yield of salification was 99.8% while the reaction molar ratio of o-toluidine to hydrochloride was 1∶1.13，and the total yield of sulfurization and hydrolyzation was 95.5% while the reaction molar ratio of o-toluidine hydrochloride to sulfur monochloride was 1∶3.75，reaction temperature was 60±2℃，the weight of solvent to molar of o-toluidine hydrochloride was 182.1 g／mol. The chemical structure of the product was characterized by IR，LC／MS and 1H NMR. |
