微波合成2-羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮 |

| 摘 要：以2，4-二羥基二苯甲酮（UV-0）及碳酸二甲酯（DMC）為原料，微波合成2-羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮（UV-9）。利用正交實(shí)驗設計法對影響收率諸因素進(jìn)行了考察，通過(guò)紅外、核磁共振氫譜和質(zhì)譜對產(chǎn)物結構進(jìn)行表征。運用社會(huì )科學(xué)統計軟件包（SPSS）進(jìn)行實(shí)驗數據處理，確定優(yōu)化工藝條件，與常規加熱反應相比，采用微波法縮短了反應時(shí)間，產(chǎn)物收率達到了74.38%。 |

| Synthesis of 2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone under Microwave |

| Abstract：2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone （UV-9） was synthesized from 2，4-dihydroxybenzophenone （UV-0） and dimethyl carbonate（DMC） under microwave. The orthogonal test method was adopted to explore the influences of various factors on the yield of UV-9. The structure of UV-9 was characterized by IR，1H NMR and MS. The statistical package for the social science（SPSS） was used to process the experimental data and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. Compared with the conventional heating reaction, microwave reduced the reaction time and the yield of product was increased to 74.48%. |
