3,4-二甲氧基苯乙腈及其雜質(zhì)的氣相色譜分析 |

摘 要:采用GC-FID,采用內標法測定了3,4-二甲氧基苯乙腈含量,外標法測定了雜質(zhì)鄰苯二酚、藜蘆醇含量,對3,4-二甲氧基苯乙腈、鄰苯二酚和藜蘆醇的色譜分離條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。3,4-二甲氧基苯乙腈的添加平均回收率為99.8% ~100.1%,RSD 0.96 %,準確度和精密度均能滿(mǎn)足常量分析的要求;鄰苯二酚和藜蘆醇的檢出限分別為100 mg/kg和50 mg/kg。 |

Determination of 3,4-Dimethoxy Phenyl Acetonitrile and the Impurities by Gas Chromatography |

Abstract:An internal standard method were studied for quantitative analysis of 3,4-dimethoxy phenyl acetonitrile by GC-FID,and an external standard method for quantitatively determinate the impurities pyrocatechol and veratryl alcohol. The average recovery of 3,4-dimethoxy phenyl acetonitrile was 99.8~100.1%,and RSD was 0.96%. The accuracy and precision could meet the requirements of constant analysis. The chromatographic conditions of 3,4-dimethoxy phenyl acetonitrile,pyrocatechol and veratryl alcohol were defined. The LOD of pyrocatechol and veratryl alcohol was 100 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg,respectively. |
