6-三氟甲基脲嘧啶衍生物的合成與除草生物活性 |

| 摘 要：合成了9個(gè)6-三氟甲基脲嘧啶類(lèi)化合物，用1H NMR、MS、IR等對其結構進(jìn)行了表征；初步除草生物活性實(shí)驗結果表明：大多化合物對雙子葉雜草苘麻、刺莧和藜以及單子葉雜草馬唐、稗和狗尾表現出顯著(zhù)的除草活性，其中3-（2，4-二氯苯基）-6-三氟甲基脲嘧啶在375 g a.i.／ha初篩劑量下，對雙子葉雜草苘麻、刺莧和藜都具有100%的除草活性。 |

| Synthesis and Herbicidal Activities of 6-Trifluromethyluracil |

| Abstract：Nine 3-（substituted phenyl）uracil derivatives were synthesized，and their structures were confirmed by IR，MS and 1H NMR. Research indicated that most of the compounds showed high herbicidal activities against Abutilon theophrasti，Amaranthus ascedense and Chenopodium album. Some of them possessed high activities against Digitaria sanguinalis，Echinochloa crus-galli and Setaria viridis. Especially，at the dosage of 25 g a.i.／ha，the compound 3-（2，4-dichlorophenyl）-6-（trifluoromethyl）pyrimidine-2，4（1H，3H）-dione possessed 100% lethality rate against Abutilon theophrasti，Amaranthus ascedense and Chenopodium. |
