2-苯基-3-溴苯并呋喃的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以鄰碘苯酚為原料，通過(guò)Sonogashira交叉偶聯(lián)反應以及環(huán)化反應，選擇性合成了2-苯基-3-溴苯并呋喃。在優(yōu)化反應條件下，反應總收率為91.1 %，產(chǎn)物結構經(jīng)1H NMR和MS確證。 |

| Abstract：3-Bromo-2-phenylbenzofuran was synthesized via Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction and cyclization from 2-iodophenol. Under optimum conditions，the target compound was produced in overall yield of 91.1%，and its structure was characterized with 1H NMR and MS spectra. |
