芐基紅景天的工藝改進(jìn) |

| 摘 要：以無(wú)水葡萄糖和對羥基苯乙醇為起始原料，經(jīng)過(guò)乙�；�、芐基保護、苷化三步反應合成了芐基紅景天，總收率21.8%；考察了反應物料配比、干燥條件、反應時(shí)間對收率的影響。目標化合物的結構經(jīng)IR和1H NMR確證。改進(jìn)后的工藝降低了合成成本，簡(jiǎn)單可行，適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| Abstract：The benzyl-salidroside, a key intermediate for salidroside, was prepared from anhydrous glucose and tyrosol by acylation, benzylation and glucosidation in overall yield of 21.8%. The structure of the target compound was characterized with IR and 1H NMR. |
