一種回收PVC門(mén)窗軟硬共擠廢料制備熱塑性彈性體的方法 |

| 摘 要：研究一種直接回收PVC軟硬共擠門(mén)窗廢料制備熱塑性彈性體的方法。實(shí)驗結果表明，添加一定的CPE（氯化聚乙烯）、DOP（鄰苯二甲酸二辛酯）、碳酸鈣等助劑，經(jīng)加工改性后，由PVC門(mén)窗軟硬共擠廢料制成的熱塑性彈性體力學(xué)性能可達到塑料門(mén)窗、客車(chē)門(mén)窗密封條的國家標準。 |

| A Method for Preparation of Thermoplastic Elastomer with Hard and Soft Co-extruded PVC Profiles Waste |

| Abstract：A recycled hard and soft co-extruded PVC profile waste was used to prepare PVC thermoplastic elastomers by using PVC hard and soft co-extrudsion method and adding the additives including CPE，DOP，CaCO3. The experimental results showed that the performance of the prepared PVC thermoplastic elastomers met the national standards of plastic window and door seal strip. |
