| 摘 要：建立了 2 羥基喹口惡啉的高效液相色譜分析方法 ,流動(dòng)相 :pH =5 ,甲醇 +水 (V/V) =30 +70 ,在UV - 2 80nm下用外標法進(jìn)行測定 ,方法精密度為 0 2 5 ,變異系數為 0 2 5 % ,回收率在 99 6%～ 10 0 .9%之間 |

| Determination of 2-Hydroxyquinoxaline by HPLC |

| Abstract：A method was developed for determination of 2 hydroxyquioxaline by HPLC. The sample was detected on ODS column taking methanol and water of 30∶70 (v/v) as mobil phase at UV-280nm, the precision was 0.25 with RSD 0.25% and the recovery 99.6%～100.9%. |
