2,2-二甲氧基乙胺的制備 |

摘 要:2,2-二甲氧基乙胺(4)是重要的有機合成中間體。以乙酸乙烯酯為起始原料,經(jīng)過(guò)溴化、Gabriel合成、肼解合成了目標產(chǎn)物,3步反應總收率63.8%。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)1H NMR和質(zhì)譜表征。改進(jìn)后的方法具有操作簡(jiǎn)單、成本低、反應時(shí)間短等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 |

Abstract:2,2-Dimethoxyethanamine(4) is an important intermediate for organic synthesis. Compound 4 was synthesized from vinyl acetate via bromination,Gabriel synthesis and hydrazinolysis in an overall yield of 63.8%. Structure of the product was confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. This method is of many advantages,such as easy operation,low cost and short reaction time. |
