噻蟲(chóng)胺原藥的高效液相色譜分析 |

| 摘 要：采用高效液相色譜法，使用C18（ODS）柱和二極管陣列檢測器，以甲醇+水為流動(dòng)相，對噻蟲(chóng)胺原藥中有效成分進(jìn)行分離和外標法定量。結果表明方法的線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為0.999 98；標準偏差為0.23；變異系數為0.24%；回收率為99.86%～100.70%。 |

| Analysis of Clothianidin by HPLC |

| Abstract：This paper described a method for the separation and quantitative analysis of the clothianidin by HPLC. Results showed that the linear correlation coefficient，the standard deviation，the variation coefficient and the recovery rate were 0.999 98，0.22，0.22% and 99.86%~100.70%，respectively. |
