快速定量測定中藥黃芩中的黃芩素和漢黃芩素 |

| 摘 要：利用高效液相色譜-二極管陣列檢測（HPLC-DAD）方法結合化學(xué)計量學(xué)基于交替三線(xiàn)性分解算法的二階校正方法，在未知基體干擾共存下，同時(shí)測定了中藥黃芩中的黃芩素和漢黃芩素的含量。當體系組分數選取為3時(shí)，測得黃芩素和漢黃芩素的平均回收率分別為104.6±4.3%和100.7±7.4%。該方法不僅能同時(shí)給出2種物質(zhì)的相對色譜圖和相對光譜圖，還能同時(shí)測定未知干擾存在下的2種物質(zhì)的濃度。 |

| Simultaneous Determination of Baicalein and Wogonin in Chinese Medicinal Plant Scutellaria Baicalensis Using HPLC-DAD Coupled with Alternating Trilinear Decomposition |

| Abstract：This paper proposed a novel method for simultaneous determination of baicalein and wogonin in Chinese medicinal plant Scutellaria baicalensis by using high performance liquid chromatography with photodiode-array detection（HPLC-DAD） coupled with second-order calibration method based on the alternating trilinear decomposition algorithm，especially in the presence of matrix interferences. When the core consistency diagnostic suggested N was set to 3，the average recoveries of baicalein and wogonin were 104.6±4.3% and 100.7±7.4%，respectively. |
