Me-too策略在新藥研究開(kāi)發(fā)中的應用 |

| 摘 要：采用模仿創(chuàng )新的方法研究和開(kāi)發(fā)新藥的策略被稱(chēng)之為Me-too 策略。Me-too策略是當今世界各國廣泛采用的戰略，新藥研究開(kāi)發(fā)中Me-too策略的主要方法包括應用生物電子等排體替換、前藥設計及手性藥物研究等，已經(jīng)成功地應用于H2受體拮抗劑、血管緊張素轉化酶抑制劑、質(zhì)子泵抑制劑、二氫吡啶類(lèi)鈣拮抗劑、羥甲戊二酰輔酶A還原酶抑制劑、生物烷化劑中氮芥類(lèi)藥物等新藥的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)。Me-too策略具有投資少、周期短、成功率高等特點(diǎn)，是新藥研究的一條重要途徑，也是由仿制向創(chuàng )制轉變的捷徑。 |

| Application of Me-too Strategy in the Development of New Drugs |

| Abstract：Me-too strategy，which mainly includes the structural modification and reformation through bioisosterism，prodrugs and chiral drugs，is currently widely adopted in the development of new drugs，such as H2 receptor antagonists，angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors，proton pump inhibitors，dihydropyridine calcium antagonists，hydroxymethyl glutaryl coenzyme A reductase inhibitors and nitrogen mustard alkylating agents. The strategy is of essential importance with low cost and high efficiency. It is the shortcut from imitation to discovery of new drugs. |
