4-氨基-3-異丙基-5-氧-1H-l，2，4-三唑的合成工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：研究了胺唑草酮重要中間體4-氨基-3-異丙基-5-氧-1-H-l，2，4-三唑（MNHN）的合成工藝，優(yōu)化的工藝條件為：反應溫度90℃，反應時(shí)間4 h，n（MNHO） ∶ n（水合肼） ∶ n（氫氧化鈉）=1 ∶ 1.1 ∶ 0.3。此條件下得到產(chǎn)品純度為97.0%，收率達92.0%。 |

| Abstract：4-Amino-2，4- dihydro-5-isopropyl-［1,2,4］triazol-3-one（MNHN），an important intermediate for herbicide amicarbazone，was prepared and the reaction conditions were optimized. The reaction at 90℃ for 4 hours with ratios of 1 to 1.1 to 0.3（MNHO to hydrazine hydrate to sodium hydroxide） resulted in the target product in 92% yield（97.0%）. |
