碳酸鉀催化酮亞胺的硅腈化反應研究 |

摘 要:研究確定了反應的優(yōu)化條件:碳酸鉀用量為0.05(n/n),TMSCN用量為2.0(n/n),反應溶劑為無(wú)水甲醇,酮亞胺濃度為0.4 mol/L,反應溫度為室溫(25℃)。此優(yōu)化條件下反應收率達91%~99%。 |

Study on Cyanosilylation of Ketoimines Catalized by Potassium Carbonate |

Abstract:α-Amino acids are essential to human. The products of cyanosilylation of ketoimines are the precursors of α,α-dialkyl amino acids. It is one of the cheapest and available methods to synthesize α-amino acids. Many factors affecting the cyanosilylation of ketoimines,including inorganic salts,solvent,concentration,loading of catalyst,were investigated and optimized. Under the conditions of 5%(mol) of K2CO3,2.0 equivalent of TMSCN,0.4 mol/L of ketoimine and temperature of 25℃ in methanol,the products were obtained in 91%~99% yield. |
