癸酸癸醇酯的合成 |

摘 要:以氯化亞錫為催化劑,采用癸酸和癸醇為原料合成癸酸癸醇酯,考察了催化劑用量、反應溫度、酸醇配比及反應時(shí)間對酯化反應的影響。當催化劑用量為總物料重量的0.05%,反應溫度為180~190℃,酸醇配比n(癸酸)∶n(癸醇)=1∶1.15,反應時(shí)間為6.0 h時(shí),癸酸的酯化率達到99.7%。 |

Synthesis of Decyl Decanoate |

Abstract:Dcyl decanoate was synthesized from capric acid and decyl alcohol using stannous chloride as the catalyst. The effects of reaction conditions including catalyst dosage,reaction temperature, molar ratio of the raw materials and reaction time on the esterification rate were investigated. Best results were obtained at 180~190℃ with the catalyst loading of 0.05%(mass),molar ratio of 1 to 1.40 and the reaction time of 6 hours. The conversion of capric acid reached 99.7%. |
