三(4-碘苯基)胺的合成工藝研究 |

摘 要:以氮氣為保護氣,采用三苯胺作為起始原料,合成了三苯胺類(lèi)雙光子吸收材料的重要中間體三(4-碘苯基)胺,并通過(guò)高效液相分析儀和核磁共振譜分別對產(chǎn)品的純度和結構進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)對單因素的研究,實(shí)驗結果顯示:氮氣保護下,反應的優(yōu)化投料比n(三苯胺)∶n(碘化鉀)∶n(碘酸鉀)=1∶2.25∶2.25。三(4-碘苯基)胺的反應收率可達80.4%,純度大于99.8%。 |

Research on the Synthesis of Tris(4-iodophenyl)amine |

Abstract:Tris(4-iodophenyl)amine was an important intermediate of two-photon absorption products,which was synthesized using triphenylamine as a raw material under the protection of N2 in this paper. Its purity was tested by HPLC and the structure was characterized by 1H NMR. The experimental results showed that the optimal materials ratio of n(triphenylamine)∶n(potassium iodide)∶n(potassium iodate) was 1∶2.25∶2.25. The target product was obtained in the yield of 80.4% with the purity of above 99.8%. |
