正十二烷硫基硼酸鋇摩擦學(xué)性能研究 |

| 摘 要：合成了一種油溶性化合物正十二烷硫基硼酸鋇（Ba-SB），并將其作為潤滑油添加劑，采用四球摩擦磨損試驗機評價(jià)了其摩擦學(xué)性能。結果表明：該添加劑具有較好的油溶性能和熱穩定性能。十二烷硫基硼酸鋇使HVI500基礎油的抗磨性能明顯改善，承載能力得到明顯提高，摩擦系數明顯降低，采用掃描電鏡對鋼球磨斑表面形貌進(jìn)行分析，加了該添加劑的鋼球磨斑表面平整、光滑，犁溝淺且鋼球磨斑表面有沉積物，從EDS譜圖上可以看出摩擦副表面含有B、N、Cr、Fe、S元素。從XPS分析添加劑在摩擦過(guò)程中發(fā)生了摩擦化學(xué)降解反應，并在摩擦副表面生成了BaO，B2O3和FeB的個(gè)物質(zhì)抗磨減摩膜，從而改善了其摩擦磨損性能。 |

| Preparation and Tribological Performance of Barium Dodecmercaborate |

| Abstract：Oil-soluble barium dodecmercaborate（BDMB） was synthesized and its tribological properties in lubricating oil were evaluated using four-ball machine. The worn steel surface was investigated using SEM／EDS. The results indicated that the friction coefficient of the oil containing BDMB was decreased and the wear resistance and load-carrying capability were improved. The EDS and XPS analyses indicated that tribo-chemical reactions were involved in the friction progress，which generated a protective film containing BaO，B2O3 and FeB on the worn steel surface. This contributes to improving the anti-wear and extreme pressure properties of the HVI500 oil. |
