光照法有效合成單、雙氟(氯)取代的苯膦酸酯 |

摘 要:提出一種合成對氟、3,5-二氟(氯)苯膦酸酯的有效方法。通過(guò)對氟溴苯、3,5-二氟溴苯(均三氯苯)與亞磷酸三甲酯在光照下反應,得到相應的苯膦酸酯。對合成的苯膦酸酯進(jìn)行了質(zhì)譜和核磁(1H NMR)表征,并考察了反應條件(反應物投料比、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間)對轉化率的影響。研究發(fā)現,與均三氯苯為原料相比,含氟溴苯具有更高的選擇性(氟不參與反應),在一定反應下,可以得到中等的3,5-二氟苯膦酸酯轉化率(42.5%)和收率(33.6%)。得到的對氟、3,5-二氟苯膦酸酯很容易從產(chǎn)物中分離。此外,在相同反應條件下,以對氟溴苯、3,5-二氟溴苯、或者均三氯苯為原料,轉化率基本相同。 |

Selective Synthesis of Mono-, Difluorophenylphosphonate and Dichlorophenylphosphonate Ester via Photo Reaction |

Abstract:The effective syntheses of 4-fluorophenyl,3,5-difluorophenyl and 3,5-dichlorophenyl phosphonate ester via photo-induced reaction of the corresponding 1-bromo-4-fluorobenzene,1-bromo-3,5-difluorobenzene and 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene with trimethyl phosphite were described. The target compounds were characterized by MS and NMR. The influences of the reaction conditions such as molar ratio,temperature,and time on the conversion were investigated. In comparison to the trichlorobenzene as the start reagent,the reaction of 1-bromo-3,5-difluorobenzene gave higher selectivity(about 100%) and moderate conversion due to the reason that the fluoro atom can not react with trimethyl phosphite. |
