| 摘 要：以2，2-二氯-4'-甲基苯乙酮為原料，在六水合氯化鐵促進(jìn)下，與羥胺鹽和乙二醛反應，得到1-羥基-4-（4-甲基苯基）-2-甲肟基咪唑-3-氧化物。研究了反應時(shí)間、物料配比、溶劑的種類(lèi)和三氯化鐵的用量等因素對環(huán)化反應的影響，優(yōu)惠條件下的收率達到87.5%。該法原料來(lái)源廣、成本低、反應條件溫和、收率高，具有工業(yè)化應用前景。 |

| Abstract：1-Hydroxy-4-（4-methylphenyl）-2-oxyiminomethylimidazole-3-oxide was prepared under the promotion of FeCl3O·6H2O through a glyoxal reaction using 2，2-dichloro-4'-methyl acetophenone with hydroxylamine salt. The effect of reaction time，material ratio and solvent types on the cyclization reaction was discussed，with a yield of 87.5% under an optimized condition. This method has various advantages，such as rich source of the readily available raw materials，low cost，mild reaction conditions and high yield，and it has a good prospect for industrialization. |
