卷煙主流煙氣中吡啶、喹啉和苯乙烯的GC/MS測定 |

摘 要:采用劍橋濾片捕集卷煙主流煙氣粒相物中的吡啶、喹啉和苯乙烯,用甲醇溶液萃取,萃取液經(jīng)0.45 μm 濾膜后,氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC/MS)測定分析卷煙主流煙氣粒相物中的吡啶、喹啉和苯乙烯3種半揮發(fā)性物質(zhì)含量,3種物質(zhì)的線(xiàn)性范圍分別為0.6~12.0、0.2~6.0、0.1~0.8 μg/mL,檢出限分別為0.54、0.03、0.03 ng/cig,相關(guān)系數(r2)達到0.995以上。 |

Determination of Pyridine,Quinoline and Styrene in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke by Gas Chromatography Coupled with Mass Spectrometry |

Abstract:Pyridine,quinoline and styrene in mainstream cigarette smoke were collected by Cambridge pad and extracted with CH3OH. The extract was filtered with a 0.45 μm membrane and then analyzed with GC/MS to quantify the three substances. The linear range of the method was 0.6~12.0 μg/mL,0.2~6.0 μg/mL and 0.1~0.8 μg/mL respectively. The detection limit was 0.54 ng/cig,0.03 ng/cig and 0.03 ng/cig respectively. The correlation coefficient was over 0.995. |
