氟蟲(chóng)雙酰胺的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：分別以3-硝基鄰苯二甲酸、2-甲基-2-氨基丙醇和鄰甲基苯胺為起始原料，合成氟蟲(chóng)雙酰胺的3個(gè)重要的中間體：3-碘代鄰苯二甲酸酐、1，1-二甲基-2-甲硫基乙胺和2-甲基-4-七氟異丙基苯胺。再將3個(gè)中間體依次拼接合成氟蟲(chóng)雙酰胺，總收率為47.7%（以3-硝基鄰苯二甲酸計），含量大于95%。 |

| Synthesis of Flubendiamide |

| Abstract：3-Iodophthalic anhydride（1），1，1-dimethyl-2-methylthioethylamine（2）and 4-heptafluoroisopropyl-2-methylaniline（3） are three important intermediates of Flubendiamide. These three compounds were respectively synthesized from 3-nitrophthalic acid，2-methyl-2-aminopropanol and o-toluidine，and then combined together to converse into flubendiamide in an overall yield of 47.7% with a purity of 95%. |
