500 g／L噻蟲(chóng)嗪懸浮種衣劑配方研究 |

| 摘 要：采用濕式超微粉碎加工工藝，以懸浮率、熱貯穩定性、包衣均勻度和脫落率為標準，用流點(diǎn)法篩選合適的梳形高分子分散劑和類(lèi)雙子型分散劑，通過(guò)對不同潤濕分散劑、成膜劑以及增稠穩定劑和防凍劑的篩選，得到了500 g／L噻蟲(chóng)嗪懸浮種衣劑的優(yōu)化制劑配方為40%噻蟲(chóng)嗪，4%YUS-SC3，2%YUS-WG5，1%YUS-WG4，2%尿素，0.1%黃原膠，0.5%硅酸鎂鋁，0.1%消泡劑，水余量。經(jīng)實(shí)驗，其成膜性良好，脫落率＜4%。包衣后的玉米種子，其發(fā)芽率97%，種衣劑對種子發(fā)芽率的影響＜1%。 |

| Abstract：The formulation of thiamethoxam 500 g／L flowable concentrate for seed coating was developed by wet milling method targeting on the suspension rate（≥90%），heat storage stability，coating equable extent and expulsion rate. The adjuvants in the formulation including wetting-dispersing agents，anti-freezing agents，thickening agents and membrane agents were screened and an optimized formulation was obtained consisting 40% of the thiamethoxam，7% of the dispersing agent，0.6% of the thickening agent，2% of the antifreezing agent and 0.1% of the defoaming agent. This formulation showed excellent film forming ability and low coating failure（＜4%）. The germination rate of the treated corn seeds was 97%. |
