硼氫化鈉／碘對3，5-二硝基苯甲酸甲酯的部分還原 |

| 摘 要：采用硼氫化鈉／碘體系選擇性還原3，5-二硝基苯甲酸甲酯制備了3-氨基-5-硝基苯甲酸甲酯，收率達90%以上。該反應條件溫和、操作簡(jiǎn)單、反應選擇性高。 |

| Abstract：Methyl 3-amino-5-nitrobenzoate was synthesized in an yield of higher than 90% by partial reduction of 3，5-dinitrobenzoate with NaBH4／I2 as the reductant. The reaction was conducted under mild conditions with a fast rate and a high selectivity. |
