| 摘 要：以環(huán)氧氯丙烷和磷酸二氫鈉為原料合成了3-氯-2-羥基丙磷酸鈉，探討了磷化劑種類(lèi)、反應配比、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間和pH值對收率的影響，并用紅外光譜與核磁共振譜圖對產(chǎn)物的結構進(jìn)行表征。實(shí)驗優(yōu)化條件為：磷化劑為磷酸二氫鈉，n（磷酸二氫鈉）∶n（環(huán)氧氯丙烷）=1.5∶1，反應溫度85℃，反應時(shí)間7.5 h，收率可達77.94%。 |

| Abstract：Sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxy propanephosphate was synthesized from epichlorohydrin and sodium dihydrogen phosphate. The affecting factors including different kinds of phosphate，the molar ratio of reactants，the reaction temperature，time and pH value were investigated and optimized. The product was obtained in 77.9% yield and its structure was verified by IR and 1H NMR. |
